Very few small businesses in Kansas City have their own IT department.  Our goal is to become the on call IT department for you business. We have the business structure so that we are almost always able to have your situation solved within the day (if not hours).  We can be your IT department on call with no insurance, taxes, etc. that you would need to pay an employee.  We can solve problems related to:

  5. Software

Our rate structure for all computer related issues is simple.  We charge $75/hr.  We have no fuel surcharge or any other fee. 

We have positioned ourselves approximately $25/hour under our local competitors.

Our invoices are usually 1/2 of what you would expect from a retail location.
